Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Direct customer service & sales
  • Estimating, work flow coordination
  • Inventory control, quality control, product delivery, and, of course,
  • Direct responsibility for ensuring every customer has an “unforgettable experience” with us.

We prefer at least 3 years experience as a service advisor or service manager in the industry. A working knowledge of the (your POS system) Manager software system a plus. The job does require a person with some automotive technical familiarity, an organized and friendly personality, as well as the ability to motivate & manage others.
